- Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Do not count the day the order was shipped. Fed Ex Home Delivery delivers on Saturday at no extra charge but does not deliver on Monday. Small orders that weigh less than two pounds are best shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

- Merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, worn, and must be in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging. Customer must pay for shipping back to Technique. All returns and exchanges are subject to handling and/or restocking fees. If product was purchased from the website and included 'free shipping', part of the restocking fee will be used to cover the original shipping costs. Used non-defective merchandise cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
